About In Thanksgiving:
In Thanksgiving (2025) was originally composed as a processional for the retirement Mass of Fr. Thomas Chevalier, Pastor of the Church of St. Peter in Saratoga Springs from 2014-2025. The text expresses gratitude for the many gifts God provides to us, especially in liturgy. The refrain, referencing the trust and gratitude expressed in Psalm 13:6, and containing a triple Alleluia, makes this piece appropriate for any joy-filled liturgical celebration.
